top Why can't I get to the curriculum files?

You must be granted access by the Gaelic Cultural Studies Webmaster.

You may click on the above link to send e-mail asking for access or use the Feedback link at the top of each page. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.

top Why can't I get to the curriculum files even when I have access?

It may be that your browser does not recognize our file security. Be sure you have Internet Explorer 3 or Netscape 3 if you want access to the curriculum files.

If that does not solve your problem, contact the Gaelic Cultural Studies Webmaster again and we will try to help solve the problem.

top How do I download files with Internet Explorer?

Usually you can just click on the links and Internet Explorer will ask you whether you wish to open or save the file to disk. You kust pick the save option and selct the directory into which you want to save the file.

The problem arises where the file you want to download has a file association on your own computer. For instance, if you want to download a Word document, Internet explorer will open the document in Word directly off the web. Of course, you can then save it from Word.

An easier way is to just right-click on the hyperlink for the file and select 'Save Target As...' to make it simple download the file without opening it.

top How do I download files with Netscape?

Netscape handles many file types in the same way as Internet Explorer but if you right click to download the file, you select the 'Save Link As' menu option.
